Tracker Dog you want:
Number 28
Name you'll give it:
Xeonarta (Ex- eon- ART-a)
This name is unique, just like Xeonarta. They fit perfectly, and I have high hopes that this name will shape her life, and fits her well. She is the first of this eon, and possibly the last, Tracker dog that is this awesome. So I started with the name "eon." But it isn't really fitting.. was there more to her? So to show there is something hidden in her, I added art, even though she doesn't do painting. And then I played a bit with the name until I got the perfect one!
Reason why you want it:
This is a scary Tracker dog, but something about it is special. It is unique, and it's personality shows through it's appearance. Instead of being a beast, like many think of wolves, she is very smart. She isn't a worthless brute, but has to prove herself. Much like me. She is a beautiful, scary Tracker dog, and I have fallen in love with her. I hope I can prove myself enough to achieve her companionship. She has a freaky, beautiful look that I have fallen in love with. And don't worry- I can carry some antidote with me.
Will it be used in any kind of story?
Yes, yes, YES!!! I hope to include her in my daily fursona blog, role-plays, the introduction (duh) and many others, maybe even a book!!! She could be the hero, or bad guy, the young girl or the silent woman! There are so many roles that she could play...
Describe its personality:
Loyal:
She doesn't leave any one behind and would follow her friends to the ends of the earth. Although her loyalty is hard to earn, you can never have a friend more caring and loyal. She would rather destroy her weapons inside of her than let her friends suffer.
Timid:
Many would think she would be fearless because of her defenses, but that isn't true. She is always scared, although she try to hide it, putting on the show that she is a fearless creature. She might leap to fight, but you might see her tremble.
Curious:
She is very interested in the world, perhaps because she grew up in a lab... and doesn't know what anything really is...
Smart:
She can figure out if you are lying or not, as well as deciding if her orders... are right to do. She would completely refuse to work for someone that was evil, or had the wrong intentions.
Protective:
She could be a very loyal guard dog.... if that's what you wanted to waste her on. She is more of a cautious explorer, and protects her family and friends with her life.
Adventurous:
Although timid, she is very curious, and thus is an amazing explorer.
Likes:
Games; They are so fun, and nothing is scary about them.
Friends; She needs someone to be by her side at all times
Water; Who would think lying in wait as the water turned acidic would be so much
fun?
Poison; Especially in her food, because it helps her create extra acidic fluid
Challenges... as long as their safe; What? You want to test yourself sometimes, right?
Dislikes:
White-coats; After her days caged to them, their her worse nightmare. Can you really be surprised about it?
Labs; The smell bothers her, and she will freak out, tearing around and around... same with hospitals...
Shots; Still going with the lab-scared thing... but pointy things? Nobody likes 'em.
Blood; Her blood scares her to death. It is slightly green, and acts just like acid...
Write an introduction for your Tracker:
Who am I?
Where am I?
What am I doing here?I opened my ears, and blinked as I tried to make my first echoes. They were muffled before I could see very far, but I could tell I was floating in a cylinder. I struggled, disliking the floating feeling. Voices filtered through.
"It's awake!!!"
"It was a success!"
The voices chimed in, and I squirmed unhappily before a dark feeling shot through me, and I slipped back into my sleepless dreams.
I was strapped to a table, not even breathing. The scientist leaned over me. "We could try the color change attempt?" One scientist suggested. The others shook their heads. "No way, " another hollered. Then one's face brightened, and he looked up from where he was messing with a weapon. "Lets combine, the worlds best tracker... and a weapon!"I stiffened, and woke up. The voices were louder now. I bobbed up and brushed the top of the cylinder. Then I screamed, but no sound came out of my mouth, only bubbles. I darted down as the water/acid level started to drop. I stiffened as the level kept dropping, and it burned my back when this light stuff touched it. Is that what air was like? If so, it hurt! I didn't want to touch it! But the level dropped below me, and I gasped air for the first time. Hands reached in and grabbed me, and I thrashed, letting a strangled scream shoot from my mouth. I chomped on one of the hands, and was whacked. "No, project 28!" A voice yelped as II was dragged out and strapped down.
I could sense bright light shining on me as needles were stuck and my blood was sampled. I yipped and whined. "What are you doing?!" I screamed in horror as the nightmare continued. Then the scientist pushed on the long part of my shoulder, and acid started to weakly drip from them. "Feed it!" Demanded a scientists, and gulp was shoved down my throat.
My long-shoulders started to spew the toxin, and I cried out in anger. "Let go of me!!!" I snarled, rage building inside of me. I snapped and bit, but my only reward was a muzzle. "It won't behave in the lab," A scientist moaned. "We need someone else to take notes when it is in it's natural habitat. Put it back. Put it back, NOW!"
I squealed, but once again was shoved into my jail. I sobbed, and scratched against the glass. But I was stuck there. I shut my eyes, and drifted away to sleep.
Every day the white-coats would take me out, but I could feel their alarm as my body started to wear and tear in the open air. They grew restless after that, and stuck some blinking device in my neck. As the weeks went by, I over heard the scientist looking for an "owner." What was an owner, I wondered. Then one day, while I was drifting in my tank, one scientist yelled eagerly. "Someone passed the test!"
Once again I was fished out, and I went, snarling and snapping, trying to show I wasn't scared. But I was shaking. For the first time ever, they put a leash on me, and walked/ran me to a new part of the lab. A smelled deeply, and felt a growl rise in my throat. Was their a female human in there? Another one? I dug my heels in, and yanked backwards, and the scientist walking me stumbled. Another one grabbed me. "Its okay, you have nothing to fear." The scientist whispered. I kept growling though, because for some reason I could tell he was lying.
We entered the room, and I stiffened as I realized it was a huge round structure, with high walls and no way out other than the one door. A young girl waited in the middle, and I was dragged over to her. The girl knelt, and tried to touch me, and I whine-growled and snapped at her. The scientists murmured thoughtfully. "Welcome, Freedom, or WRF, apparently you passed the test, and we want to see if you can handle subject 28." He said importantly. The girl stood up and nodded. The scientist smiled and, upon leaving, unclipped my leash and as the door swung closed, I realized I was trapped with the girl.
I whimpered, and ran to the door. "Let me out!" I howled. The girl sat down, watching me. I circled her, growling. Why wasn't this youngling-human scared of me? I knew I was an abomination. I remember what I was like as a puppy, too weak too live by myself from the moment I was born. Then I had been without the echo-skeloton. So why wasn't she scared of me? I started to cry as I circled her, tears dripping from my nose. "Leave me alone...!" I yelled, and tore back to the gate, where I lay down and went to sleep.
I woke up in panic, stiffening as I felt the hand on my side. I knew it was the girl, and started to growl. "i won't hurt you," The girl, Freedom whispered. I stopped then. Was that true? I listened to her voice and realized she was telling the truth.
The scientist weren't expecting it to work, I could tell from their shocked smell and the stammer in their voice. Then they bid goodbye to the girl and took me back for more test. But for the first time, I didn't whine or snap at them. I was silent, thinking of the girl. At least, silent until they
cut my tail off! Then I was dumped into my cell tube again, and left their for a week.
Little did I expect my tail to grow back, but it did. When I could finally wag it again, I was released from the tank like normal. But unlike normal, I was released into Freedom's arms, and we greeted each other warmly. I had a owner now!
