Because of the current events placeholder is still filled up with uncompleted customs we shall be using random posts as side events such as raffles like we are doing now. This raffle is containing a VLS(Very Limited Species) chibica; The Half Jewel Mane chibica. There is only one currently in existence, and because of this there is less raffle spots open. This VLE is unable to breed with other chibicas.
