I apologize, but I will be stepping down from this center. I do not have the time, nor mental stability to continue making adopts for Charlotte's center. I will, however, be finishing Tier 2's and Tier 3's, and you can still apply to get a Tier 2 or Tier 3 from me, but once
I have finished them all, I will not be making more or be doing further prizes.

Random fact about the character: Tarius Can talk to animals, but only if he is totally calm. His head has to be totally clear and he can even see through their eyes, helps when hunting but makes actually killing the animal very difficult for him.
