Q:Can we make free customs for others and our selfs?Or someone else does mine?

You can make free customs for others, but they must order. Customs don't have to be technically open since you're doing them. You can do some for your selves but don't like overload it because of the privlage. Anyone can do yours if you want them too, if you don't want to do your own.
