Personality:
Confident, Swampy is a fine cat. He is sure in any desision and will always see it through. A natural leader, he is very ambious. He is often caught in his own plans, as he puts it, and can rarely ever seem to get out. The tom is offten seen laying by the fire or hanging out on the barn. But If you're ever looking for him and he's not in those places, you can find him in his favorite old man's beard moss covered tree, taking a cat nap in the sunshine. His temper is quicker and hotter than lightining, often taking everyone by surprise. It is best to let him rant it out, calm down, and speak to you first, or else you might be missing something. His short term memory is not very good, so don't pressure him about it, he'll bring it back up some day. He's had a rough life and quite enjoys his time as a farm cat. He is very needy(loving) and like to be around people. When he's not feuming over something stupid, he's actualy very friendly and pleasant to be around. Swampy is very, very wishy washy. He often seems bi-polar, and most would say he should have been a female with his mood swings. So it's best to let him take hold of the conversation first, just to see what kind of mood he's in.
History/Background:
He was born into a normal home. A warm fire lit every night, an elderly couple to take care of him and his littermates. He had it all. Life was good, untill the two died. His mother sent them out as rogues or loners. He went from house to house looking for a home while all his siblings and his mother fled to the allies in serch of groups of cats for protection. He wasn't for for life all alone.

After a while as a stray, he came upon his family, still all together. He expected to be welcomed with open paws, but they hissed at him and sent him fleeing with his tail tucked between his legs. The poor kid was run out of his home, and now out of the only place he knew. He made his way to the country side via hichiking without permision. He'd sneek into the backs of trucks heading in the same direction he was going till he finally came to this little farm. There was plenty there and a younge couple who owned it. Now, he has a warm fire to sleep by every night and a family to love and take care of him.

Sollos. A name picked out from a book I recently read.
The character had a personality that is loosely similar to the
personality I have in mind for this boy.
{Pronounced like 'swallows', without the 'w's.}

Conflicted;;
Sollos is a conflicted character. His inner turmoil is hidden from others, but it always boils beneath the surface, threatening to erupt and envelope everyone he speaks to. He desires calmness and peace, yet he has a short temper which is quick to flare up. He wants to live by the rules and keep his nose clean, but his relentless greed makes that impossible. His craving for staying in the shadows is constantly battled by his urge to lead. Always these aspects of him fight for dominance, driving his life and decisions onward.

Quiet;;
Never one for attention, Sollos is always reluctant to speak up, even if what he has to say is important. His keen eyes and ears pick up what others don't, but he rarely shares his insights, unless he is asked for an opinion. Many times he has kept information back just to save himself trouble or aggravation. The fact that this has caused others strife doesn't bother him in the least. If he did it to save himself, then Sollos sees no reason for regret. Self preservation flows through his veins, strong enough to override any courageous thoughts that might stumble drunkenly into his head.

Vain;;
Sollos is vain, bordering on narcissism. He tends to have a rather inflated opinion of himself, though he doesn't parade it around everywhere. He can cut a dashing figure when he wants to, and spends a rather suspicious amount of time grooming himself, but he doesn't consider himself to be possessing any vanity at all.
