I want something Native-American based. Her name will be "Nascha", which means owl, so something based off any kind of owl. Preferably browns, creams and oranges. I also like white and light blue.

See above, and also lots of Tribal in a light blue color, similar to what the text is colored in.

Owl wings, definitely. Colored the same as her body with the blue tribal. Depending on her design, I may add some necklaces or something.

Yes; I'd like a long, black Native american braid down her neck, then another smaller braid to hang forward over her face.
