This is my bunny Oliver, he is a Holland Lop. He is currently 5 years old. I had him since he was a 10 week old baby. And yes be binkys all the time haha.

hahahaha everyone tells me that. He is a big lovebug. You should have seen him as a baby.

See, I bough him through a breeder. I wanted to adopt, but no shelter (and I mean NO ONE) would let me adopt because I didn't have prior rabbit experience. I tried for about a year and even went as far as trying to adopt a rabbit out of state (because all the shelters near me told me no). There are not many rabbit shelters in my state so I was limited as to who I can turn to.

And it wasn't because of me personally....it was because I never owned a rabbit before, and therefor I wasn't knowledgeable enough. And yet (at the time) I was 22 years old and did my research and even built my own C&C cage, which Oliver still uses today. However, because I never owned a rabbit before and because I still lived at home and I "must not be responsible enough because I still lived at home." I am now 28 and I still live at home- so I really don't see what the big deal is? I am saving money...i guess that is not responsible haha

So I got mad and looked at breeders instead. and I found one who was having a letter the following year in 2015 and told me I could be put on the waiting list...which I did, March came around and I was able to get first pick of the litter. I chose him and the rest is history. He is now 5 and is the best rabbit I ever met.
