So I'm back with a winner.
Honestly I really loved reading everyone's referrals and seeing how different people view eachother in the community. It was really great to see that there are a few of you non-owners that are still active in Plumerians even though you don't own one of your own and that's honestly one of the coolest things I've ever seen.

Before I announce the winner I want to mention both Shatterhowl and Snowing. Shatter, you had a massive amount of referrals that show just how wonderful you've been to others in the community and that you have a great amount of friends. I'm sure every one of them cherish out greatly and I'm positive that you will someday give an a++ home to another Plumerian. Snowing, I love the identity that you chose for him and you have some fantastic referrals that are really nice people. Mostly I liked reading why you wanted him. You obviously have a great love for this guy and it makes me so wish that I was able to give you an ru but alas I am not an artist and so I can not.

Finally, the winner of this guy is going to be clements. You may not have had the most referrals or the biggest ones, but for some reason I could really tell the depth that each one of them really felt you deserve this guy [and that you really care deeply for them]. I went through a few of your old forms at the prompting and you do some amazing character development and tbh, I have a weakness for the godfather. Congratulations darling, your plight as a non-own is over (:

but i also want to say that everyone else did an amazing job. we didn't get much time to make our forms but i was reading over you guys' and you did amazing?? i cannot believe you guys haven't won more plumerian contests because the competition really was spectacular.
