help out anywhere, even when not
needed at all. And sometimes just
to cause more trouble. But she also
likes to cheer up those who need it,
and is often noted as a very freely
loving spirit. She's usually fairly
hyperactive as well.
Predominantly calm + being so
level-headed can be both a curse
and a blessing. She's not easily
frightened, and always ready for
action. It's also a lot easier to find
joy in something when you're calm.
Mischief-Maker - She's always
getting into trouble or finding new
places to explore, sometimes being
found in a place she isn't supposed
to be. She seems to enjoy being in
minor trouble, with the occasional
more-than-minor-but-not-quite-major
trouble. She often goes missing, which
is a source of frustration among the
others in the pride. She thinks it's fun,
though. That's all that matters to her.
Sly - Adaliira is always one to find the best
solution out of or into a situation,
often avoiding trouble for something
she did with a sly, "I'm, just a cub" kind
of move. After all, who can say no to
that face of hers...
Aware +She knows her size and
how to use it to her advantage.
She uses it to get out of situations,
into situations, and even to run
off where older lions can't find her.
Quick to anger - Adalira is easily
offended, and has quite a temper.
You don't want to be on the
receiving end of her anger. She's
one to throw a fit over something
when it doesn't nessaccarily
warrant it.
Shy - Adalira finds it hard to connect with
anyone aside from her adoptive
father and the other cubs, so she is
not particularly Great at socializing,
but when she needs To she can pass
off as polite.
Loyal + If you do manage to
become a companion, she will defend
you until the end.
✶✶✶✶✶✶✶✶✶Relationships:Ecko- Adalira both looks up to
and is frightened by Ecko. She knows
he's quite a bit like her, bt she also
knows how easy it would be to trust
him. Despite it all, he's kind of like an
older brother to her when she's in the
mood to socialize.
Terra Is Adalira's adoptive father.
She looks up to him, learns from him,
and loves him. She would defend him to
the end, if it came to that, and even
afterwards with that somehow scary
lion underneath the lake's waters, who
sent her back here. She would like to
grow up like him someday.
Other cubs- Adalira is loyal to the
others, but doesn't often find them in
trouble. The strongest connection she
feels is that they, too are from the lake.
Ethereal- Adalira definitely looks
up to the alpha. He's like her, quiet and
calm and, well, different in his own
right, and wonderfully so. She sees
him as an ally in anything, even though
he may choose another side if he wishes.
✶✶✶✶✶✶✶✶✶Likes: + Water. Lots and lots of water.
Surprisingly.
+ Being Quiet. It's easier to make a
good deal of trouble without being blamed
if no one can hear you well enough...
+ Storms. Electricity in the air makes
her feel energized and much more
confident. It also strengthens both her
elements, which is a good plus.
+ Adventuring. New ways and places
to make trouble, and more lions to make
trouble with or around! It's also fun to
meet lions that consider themselves
nomads!
+ Stories Stories, even embellished
ones, make Adalira's world go 'round.
Every night, she tells a story to Terra,
whether he wants it or not. After all,
everyone needs to hear theories made
in the mind of a cub.
Dislikes:- Fire. It reminds her of the Lake of
Eternity, and whatever water she
had fallen into when running. And
whatever that thing was that chased her.
- Unwanted Attention. Her fins make
it hard to blend in unless she's
underwater, so she kind of sticks out.
And it kind of makes it hard to tell if
others are suspicious or interested.
- Being Lonely. She's always looking
for troublemaking companions, and
adventure partners!
The Day I was Born
✶✶✶✶✶✶✶✶✶
This is a sound I have heard before.
This is a light I have seen before.
This is a life I have lived before.
A life can be reborn.
✶✶✶✶✶✶✶✶✶✶✶✶✶✶✶✶✶✶
It was loud, so very loud. I could see only what was ahead of me, and I couldn't find what I was looking for. What
was I looking for? Some kind of storm raged around me, ringing in my ears. The air in my lungs crackled with electricity, this was more than fear, I was on
fire.
I'd seen it before now, the figure. It had watched me exploring. I'd dismissed it until I realized it was
always there, in the corner of my eye, always disappearing before we came face to face. It was another Lion, definitely, but something was different. It never seemed real. I'm not even sure it was, I don't remember this much.
I just know that it was the figure that chased me until, well, I hit the water. The water hurt even worse than the burning sensation, if anything made it hurt even more.
I know nothing else of my past, just that I now lay on the banks of a reverse lake, looking into the eyes of a ghostly lion. He looked at me, and he looked at several other cubs that had already washed ashore. He looked as if he was angry with us, like we were here before we were supposed to be, and he was teaching us punctuality.
"Little ones," he said, "Why have you come? It is not your time. Return."
And I was being sucked back towards the lake. I tried to stay, I didn't want to go back in!
I was sucked in anyway. For awhile, I was blind and I couldn't move. But I felt wind on my pelt and weird floppy things on my sides. Who am I?
Slowly, the White hot pain disappeared and I was lowered from the air onto the ground. I could now feel air in my lungs. I let my eyes open and found I was ashore again, and even more lions stood watching.
one, flaming orange and white, stood watching. He held a cub in his arms, and looked calmer than the others. He must have seen this before.
I stood and ran to him as best I could, trying to get around the floppy things on my sides.
Barreling into him, I tried to keep away from the burning cold that now plagued my fur, and I knew my fur had a faint spark of electricity. I curled up by his paws and watched the other lions and cubs. Some ran to other lions, several just watched. I looked up at the Orange and White Lion above me, hoping he was nice enough to let me stay right here.
Fear still coursed through me, I had no Idea what was going on.
The other cubs looked just as scared as I did.
My birth would be the scariest point in my life.
The Lion above me didn't seem to want me gone, so I stayed near him. The world was still darker than I could see through fully, and the storm above wasn't helping with that. It was
loud.
at the same time, I was aware of how quiet every single lion was, but I refuse to accept the noise was in my head. It must be the storm, that's what's making all this noise. and the other cubs. Every once in awhile one would shout or make a noise. I wondered if they could hear it too.
I felt the storm grow louder, then suddenly be silenced.
Everything was black.

Started training, and then restarted it.
Electricity
Elecricity Is Adalira's stronger
element, as she uses it a lot
more. It's more developed,
and she can generally fend off
any attackers she might have
to fend off, or some imaginary
ones if she wishes. It also gets
a bit out of hand if there's
metal nearby...
Static: A stunning technique
taught to her by another
L.O.C. Brief.
Bolt: Lethal spark of power
between Adalira and the
target.
Rod: Releasing electricity
through an object or objects and
into other objects touching them.
Does not work on certain
substances like dirt and other
non-conductive materials.
Air
Adalira' abilities have not yet been tamed from raw power that is difficult to channel, especially for Air. It's her weaker element for reasons unknown to her, but probably because she doesn't use it as much. She still works and has so far mastered the following:
Hurricane: the ability to create a massive gust of wind to push enemies away.
Gilded: Adalira's power extends to carrying objects using air, and herself if possible, gliding a short distance easily.
Feather: Ability to slow one's fall with very little to no effort, can also apply to other lions or objects. This is one of her stronger abilities in this element.
