Description ;; I hope it's okay that I want something fairly 'not changed'. The base should be Sceptile, only without the yellow 'balls' on it's back. It should have charizard wings, only they are the same colour as Sceptile, with the inside of the wings should be the same 'red' as the stripe on Sceptile's belly. I have a feeling the wings will have to be made a bit smaller so that they will sit on Sceptile without it looking cluttered?
