I have a few questions I was hoping you could answer ^^

1. Are wheats tradeable? I love the Panda wheat and really sad I missed it but obviously since punk got it I'm not going to be upset but yeah, rambling.

2. Is the 3/4 limit of wheats permanent? Or will it go up as more wheats are released etc?
