So, at no specific time, litters are posted on the adoption page on page 1. There, you see the name of the litter available, the number chibbu you want, (make sure no one else has posted for it!) and see the codeword. Everything needs to be filled out on the adoption form available there, so that's where the codeword, litter, and chibbu number come in handy. The rest of the form is self explanatory.
You just missed the last litter, but no doubt there will be another! Keep checking back frequently, and there will usually be a post or a notification in the Chibbu Kitties title if there is a litter. They usually go quick though, you need to be somewhat fast

^^ in the store, there is a conversion chart to show you how you get money, and what you can buy with it.
Chibbus are completely free, but the special store ones are not. For more info about the store chibbus, you can read up on it in the store tab on the first page
