K, so far, I have a mini-plan as to how I'm going to kind of transfer the ownership over. Muhahaha! Lol, just kidding. I'll try to keep most of the things the same as they are now.

Here's a thing I was thinking of:
The staff, to start, will all be the same. No new staff for a week or so, and no job changing. Except for Shadey. Shadey can have whatever job she wants. Then, I will go through the staff and check to make sure they all still want their job and are still active here. Also to make sure I know how they run different competitions. Like I don't actually really know how the Comet Stakes are run. After all that, I will see if any new staff are needed.

Does that sound resonable?
