I'm not sure what counts. I know you don't have to have a pet yet to count as a member, as there are quite a few people waiting to claim one. But I'm not sure if you have to have some sort of points in the banks to count. But I believe some people haven't even posted in this thread before now.

To explain being a member you must fit into one of the following categories:
[x] you own a previous special event pet but you're not in the bank
[x] your name is in the bank (regardless of your total)
[x] or you've sent in a trade before this event started (bc there are several pending atm)

Don't be discouraged if you're not a 'member', this is merely a member loyalty special event but there are other events which you can actually become a member at the same time that you decide to participate. (if that makes sense, my brain is tired and full of fail atm)

Raffle means that you either keep your original orb if you lose or you forfeit your original orb for the rare orb if you win. Basically you don't really lose anything, you just have the chance to trade up for a more rare orb pet.
