she stopped moving chibbus because people were getting upset about forms getting moved randomly.

ive made a few more rules for adopting

- if you are on mobile, posting "i want ___ litter ___ chibbu ___" is no longer acceptable. sorry :c
- i will no longer allocate your form. i saw a few people getting all butthurt because their form was moved o.e
- edited forms = ignored. don't be all upset about it. but, if you quote it and say "edited" it will be okay.
