You're allowed to, yeah, I suppose. I'd rather have the lineart reserved for these contests, but I understand if you make a design you really connect with. c: Just link the lineart credit back here, because it's not on dA or the Oekaki for a reason... I don't want random people using it for non-CE things.

I don't look at the offers until the very end- this way no one's feeling discouraged or whatnot. ;) All I do at this point is keep track of the offers, and if people want to keep track of their competition, the links are right there.
