Hi, hope this is the right place to ask this

I'm thinking abt breeding my persepheline, Bubbles, and I'm a bit confused abt the genes

Is this document still up to date or has the way genes work been changed since then? Because Bubbles has genetic strings I cant find anywhere in there

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, if it isn't im sorry ;;
but how do we compute for their genetics? For example, there are multiple possible outcomes under the Standard gene for flowers (FFGG, FFGD, FFGg, FfGg, FfGD), which of the 5 options listed there do we use? Or can we choose from our own volition so long as it's accurate to the persepheline?
