Reason why you want to adopt it:
Okay, all of these PPS Halloween Daeets are simply adorable, to be honest, I had a REALLY hard time determining which of them to try to win. But finally, I decided to go for these adorable babies, because honestly, they are SO cute and I like how even though they are Halloween themed, they arn't too DARK and scary, which is something I do not like about halloween time. I don't like all the gore and the spooky stuff, I am just not a fan of that, so these two cuties best fit who I am at this time of year. But it has always been a tradition for my family, so these two also reminded me of that tradition, which we were unable to do this year for multiple reasons. These two would sort of be like a recompense of missing out on my family tradition this year. <3

Personality:
Jack-O'-Lantern is one dark guy. He is always seen as very depressed and down about the world. If you asked him about anything, his response would most definately be one of those "glass is half empty" sort of things, no doubt about it. But, believe it or not, this young male has a very short fuse-box when it comes to his temper. If you get on his nerves, expect him to just completely blow up on you. His bad side is not something that anyone wants to be on, because if you get there, you are going to regret the day you were born. He brings his anger out on you, never ending his cruel tyrants. Jack prefers to be alone almost all of the time, companionship just not really his thing. The only other daeet he has the patience to hang around with is his twin sister, for even though she is nearly his opposite personality wise, they have that special sort of connection you can only find with twins. He loves her and he would do anything for her, even though she annoys him quite often-times, he would never even consider leaving her.

Pumpkin Pie is literally different from her twin brother in nearly every single way. When he is dark and gloomy, she is excited and up-beat. Her positive energy fights for control with his negative energy every time that they are together. You will never see her without a smile on her face, and a spring in her step. Everywhere she goes, no matter who she is with or what she is facing, she will keep her confidence levels up high. She may be going through the toughest time of her life, but she will bottle up all of her pain and her hurt on the inside and make anyone who sees her believe that she is totally fine and that nothing is wrong. Pumpkin has this sort of playful attitude towards everyone. She hates to sit still and do nothing for any period of time, whether it be for a few seconds or a few hours. Falling asleep is incredibly hard for the young female, for she always finds herself squirming in place, moving constantly to try and be more comfortable. She has been called hyper-active by her brother before, as well as others, but she does not care at all. In fact, she sees being hyper and bubbly as a good thing, for she would rather be too happy then too down, like her brother.

History:
The poor set of twins seems to have been unwanted since before they were even born, but the strange situations around their birth made things all the worse on the poor youngsters. Their mother was only mates with their father because its what their grandparents wanted, and she did not want to have children with him. But she was in love with another Daeet, and a scandal occured, where she became pregnant with the male from her affair. Her mate, who was blinded by his anger and rage, killed her love and physically injured her very badly as well. He kicked her out of his land, leaving her alone in a strange place, wounded and still with child.

That is the story of why she was extremely bitter about her children, planning on getting rid of them as soon as she could, in one way or another. She'd prefer just abandoning them to fend for themselves, but if it came down to it, she did not care about having their blood forever staining her paws. But what made matters even worse, was that while she had been wandering alone, she had neared human land, and stumbled upon a large graveyard. Deciding to stay there for the night, she had completely forgotten that it was Halloween, and woke up with extreme pains. Several hours later, Jack and Pumpkin had arrived.

Their mother was extremely unhappy with the way they looked, both nearly exact replicas of their father, with his chocolate brown fur and pitch black markings, and that made the ache in her heart hurt all the more, fueling her anger. She raised her hoof high up, about to strike her son then her daughter, when a great force knocked her down, falling down as she began to tremble. The air around them began to get colder, and an eerie silence overtook the graveyard. The newborns huddled together against a tombstone, their unopened eyes making them unaware of what was going on around them as the ground began to shake. And thats when it happened.

Up from the grave the twins were laying upon came a strange, glowing orange light, overtaking the pair quickly and hiding them in it's mist. Their mother, in fear for her own life, stood up upon trembling knees and was able to wobble-run out of there, bolting into the forrest, never to be seen again. The spooky glow tried to pry the two newborns apart, but even that young, they clung to each other as if dear life depended on it, and for all they knew back then, it very well might have. For the seperation stopped, and the youngsters felt themselves changing, from the inside out. Their pelts felt different, and indeed they were, now a bright orange with few green markings. As well as this, the two felt strange, stringy objects begin to grow out of them, and these turned out to be vines of a sort, but now actual parts of their bodies.

And all at once, the light vanished, their surroundings all going back to normal. All except their very own bodies, which forever more remained looking the way they do now. Some how, it seemed as though the strange magic that had changed them had also made them... Almost immortal, but at the same time not so. It had merely boosted them in such a way that for the many weeks it took for them to be able to open their eyes, as they stayed there on that grave, they miraculously stayed alive, even though they lacked food and warmth. Their bodies were quite warm, never did they get cold, and somehow they never appeared hungry, but they did not starve either.

The thing is, that those several weeks later, the very day the twins opened their eyes, they looked upon the gravestone with which they had been near for their lives up until then, and although the reason for their changes was still unknown, they then knew how it had been possible. For there on the tombstone it read as follows.

Age At Death - Unknown, but appeared quite old
"Cynthia was a very powerful woman, greatly feared by many and highly respected by others. Her powers were exceptional and magnificent, and although she claimed it, what she truelly was was not fully accepted until the day of her death, and for that, we are all greatfully sorry. Rest In Peace, our dear Cynthia, the witch."

Where will they be used?
Honestly, if you choose me to be blessed enough to be able to call these twins my own, I believe that I will finally create my own thread just for my daeets. I wanted to make one previously, but since I only owned one Daeet, I didn't see the point yet. But if I get these two sweet hearts, I will most definately make my daeets a thread where they will be seen for all of their amazing-ness. <3 Also, I will definately put them in my signature, for even though Halloween is over, better late then never I always say. Besides, my signature has needed something to cuten it up for a while. ^.^

How will you use them?
I know that for sure I would get art of Jack and Pumpkin, both just some by themselves, as well as as a pair. They are twins, so they deserve to have some pictures of them acting like twins, perhaps playfully wrestling with each other. ^.^ I doubt that I would breed either of them, though, since they are PPS, which I assume means the same as on CS and they will not grow. But that's alright with me, I don't mind, they are too cute in my oppinion, and their unique qualities for Halloween are somewhat rare in a way that even if they could breed, I wouldn't really want them to.

Reason why you want to adopt it: Halloween is my favorite part of the year; I Enjoy christmas but not nearly as much as Halloween. I desire a male most of all. -feels crowded by females- And honestly I feel like a moron because I originally thought it was a ghoul or a Heartless now I see his tooth. So now I am more attracted to this one. It to me was the best out of the four and a dark brooding color palette like I like. PPS's are all around adorable.

Age: appears to be the age of a young one but has the knowledge of age. approximate age is 900 years

Personality: Deserted is a cold callous creature. He is silent yet, there is an aggressive air about him. You know that from standing next to him; you just get tha vibe that you should move very far away from him. He is a mute, he does not speak besides the occasional glare or body language. What he does and with whom are unknown. What is known is that many would like to pick his brain had he not come off as dangerous... or vile.... or toothy. He finds things pointless especially living things; to him he sees no point in them living just to die in their short lives. Although he is smart and has been around he hasn't figured out what this "love" means or why mortals strive for it to sometimes die alone. It's confusing, why fight for something in a losing battle. What is love? what is feeling? besides coldness and rage? They say that the eyes are windows into the soul; If that's true then you'd see a white form silent and cold. Perhaps hiding from the light.

History: He was abandoned; as a result it stunted his growth. But not his mental maturity. Not much is known about him besides that he is clearly closed up about something; He seems to be afraid to let anyone get close to him or touch him. Although occasionally he disappears for longer periods of time with blood dripping from his maw. Although he occasionally comes back with snow upon his ebony fur and it makes you wonder where he's been. He's been in hiding though, from all the people that want to nab him make him their pet, expiriment on him and possibly eat him. You can tell he's been running for a long time by looking at his muscles although immature they're stronger then what a normal baby daeet's would be.

(I want to keep him mysterious, if it causes me to lose him so be it I will live with it. But this is how I like him)

Where will it be used? erm here. Hopefully if I get around to having some drawing free time; I'll sit down and do a Daeets image other then the one I did. Not to many places to really use it. XD I haven't gotten my character thread or threads up yet.

How will you use it? Im not entirely sure. I draw upon a whim. Same thing with buying art. Art in all ways is a surprise. You never really know what will happen. although I do wish someone would make either gift line arts or a daeet art shop. My daeets art needs some brushing up ^^;
