As you throw the pokeball, the Sewaddle gets zapped up inside of it. The ball glows and moves, back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. Then, it stops. The Sewaddle was caught! It is female, and is currently level four.

I grin widely and bend down to pick up the pokeball. I looked down at Sleepy and smiled widely. "You did well, buddy." I said with a small laugh, petting him on the top of his head. Checking the pokemon's facts on my pokedex, my mind started thinking of a good name. "I'll name you Mischeif." I said in a cheerful voice, letting the Sewaddle out of it's pokeball. "We should get you to a pokemon center." I muttered to myself, retreating both Sleepy and Mischeif into their respective pokeballs and heading out of the forest.

Meiji, at your look, slowly strolls over to the egg and paws at it. At the first touch, his eyes open a little wider, as if in shock. He looks at you, then to where the Pincer was. In the middle of the nest, her small clutch of eggs were being covered by branches, but otherwise looked like the one that had been set aside. She, however, was across the nest from you now, clearing more away, and puting the thicker, less damaged branches in a small pile. When you look down, the little otter had his paws once more on the egg. Was that a worry line folding into his forhead just by looking at it?

"Meiji?" I glanced at the egg worriedly before glancing at the Pinser once again. Meiji knew more of this than I did it seamed. Softly ruffling his head to calm him I took the eggs into my hands, setting it on my knees as i crouched. It felt cold, wich I don't know is usual for all eggs, but what was the different between this one and thouse? Why would she set it out...I touched Meiji's head and then glanced at her again as if asking what he thought. The egg held protecivly in my arms.

I hesitated at this point, unsure if Shadow should attack again or not. After a while I threw my pokeball into the air, Shadow still in the air, waiting to see what would happen.

Meiji nodded slightly, glancing over to the Pincer. Although your hand calmed him somewhat, you knew he couldnt feel safe untill you were far from the nest. Your best bet of taking care of the egg and seeing if it is alright, would be to take it to the Center anyway, and you knew that.

With a new pokemon at hand, and a pokemon caught previously, you and Club seem to have a growing family already! You already begin thinking out your next move with Club stairing up to you, waiting.

I smile and return Ben. "You deserve a rest," I coo to the pokeball. "Off we go to the pokecenter before taking on the gym leader!"

I ran over to my two Pokemon, picking them up and twirling them around in joy. "Great job you two! You both were amazing as always!" I smiled and looked over at the girl and boy, "You both put up a good fight, and your Pokemon were hanging on right until the end, they were wonderful." I paused and then a small curious thought popped into my head, "I wonder, did you both catch them in the garden behind the gym? I was told by another trainer that is where he caught his stronger Pokemon."

"Meiji" I looked at him with worry. "Okay." Standing I wrapped my arms around the egg, holding it close. Lifting him onto my shoulder I swirved my way through the forest, egg pulled closely against me, inside my jacket. I stroked the top of the egg gently, as if the Pokemon inside could feel it. How scary. Out of the clearing of forest mainly, I glanced at the center. "Come on now.." I whispered, voice strong but smile shackey.
