You awake one morning to violent rumbling!
Townsfolk are shouting their confusion, and everyone rushes to their windows to try and see whats going one while their dino companions panic around them!

The volcano smolders ominously in the distance, and a great shape can be seen soaring above its peak. What is going on?!

You okay in there kiddo?

You hurry to answer your door, and find Maggie and ole Huck looking quite frazzled, a trembling triceratops calf between them.

Come on now, we have to get everyone to the ranch for a meeting. We know whats happening..

Dont stress them out Huckory! It's fine darlin, this happens sometimes. We just gotta calm good ole Syleth down is all! She protects us from the volcano erupting, as long as we leave her alone she's usually fine- I just dont know what could be causing such a ruckus?

Sky meets fire in this clash of the legendary dinosaurs!

A sky lord has stolen precious eggs from the volcanoes protector, Syleth, and taken them away to its nest! The protector is now distraught, and will not move from where she lay.

Once a day, anyone may attempt to soothe the mighty fire lord by either bringing her an offering (Any material or AC) or by giving her a pat!
But be careful, if you pat her you run the risk of getting a bite and being forced onto two week exploration cooldown, even if youre currently exploring!

Once Syleth has been successfully calmed, everyone who participated will obtain a legendary egg, but theres a catch! With every egg, there is a 40% chance of hatching a special event dragon that can only be obtained via this event. The other 60% will be percent chance of a normal legendary!

Syleth raises her head as you approach, a growl rumbling the earth around you as she does so. You offer forth a string to the beast, and she huffs out in distrust, snatching the item with her large claws.

You and your energy filled alioramus decide to head out on a grand adventure to solidify your newfound bond, and figure the forest is probably one of the safer places to do so! You pack up loads of water and snacks, and head off away from your home! the long grass tickles your knees as you head along, the treeline growing denser and denser with every few hours you walk for! Perhaps something cool will be hiding in the woods!

Syleth turns her head away as you approach, glaring out into the skies in clear distrust. She thumps her tail along the ground, before turning to eyeball the shiny objects you offer up. The legendary beast drags them closer, grunting.

She doesnt take her eyes off you as you approach, suspicion clear in her gaze. Syleth snaps up the wooden planks in her jaws, starting a small fire with them. She seems to find it fun.
