It means that if you breed two of your ferrets, you can only keep one ferret baby unless you use a special breeding potion (then you can keep 2). If you breed your ferret with another person's ferret, each of you get one. The one who used a breeding potion gets to choose first.

Bump! Can someone create use a ferret bump button? Feel free to use any of my ferrets in it.
