So um, Rdze was super nice and told me I could post my form here and that I have a crystal for a custom one?
I hope I don't mess anything up, if I do, please let me know. ^^;

Design: I'd want him to be basically a liver and/or lemon/pumpkin spotted dalmatian-type design with an eye spot and ears kind of like the one above. With gold stars maybe incorporated in his design somehow, if it's not too busy/complicated for the artist. ^^ Icy blue or a nice jade green for the eyes. =)
Accessory: Is the one free for customs? If so, a nice-looking scarf would be cool, maybe matching his eye color? Or whatever the artist decides.
