I chose Safe and Sound by Taylor Swift for Silver. For starters this is one of my favourite songs, and from the minute I saw this pet I knew the song was perfect. The reason I chose it, was because the song is about someone protecting another from the truths of the real world. To me, Liquid Silver's mane seems to be hiding someone, a child maybe, from the truth. Could it be hiding from the humans that entered their world, or something else?....

The very first thing that popped into my head when I saw this guy is Prelude 12/21 by AFI. It's a short song, but it's intense and full of mystery, the same way this little guy is. In my mind, Bel is a young and upcoming opera singer from a noble family who found an ill-fated love with a woman who, at first glance, appeared to be everything Bel could ever dream of. Claire was elegant, classy, and romantic, and he fell head over heels in love with her because of her charming and seductive nature. Their attraction was instantaneous, and Bel was so sure Claire returned every ounce of his affections. Things were going so well for them, and his family was ecstatic that Bel had finally found someone he could settle down with.

But one evening he discovers Claire's true intentions. He overhears her plotting something foul with a strange man he's never seen before, and at first, Bel can't believe what he's heard. Surely she can't mean it? Surely this is all a joke, a game? Surely she doesn't actually want to...kill him?

But the more he listens, the more reality sinks in.

Shocked, and heartbroken, he realizes he's been duped. She never loved him. She'd been after his money the whole time. And he'd fallen hook, line, and sinker for Claire's charms, just like the naive fool he knew he was. He knows this, but still...he loves her. His heart can't accept Claire's betrayal.

But Bel knows he has very little time to do something to save himself. It is undeniable that Claire is coming after him, with that strange, awful man. What should he do? What can he do, to save himself? Who can he run to?

The song and the lyrics just fit so well to me. And because the song is a Prelude, the rest of Bel's story is still untold. We don't know what's going to happen, just that Bel's facing some danger and he's in a difficult situation. What will happen next? Will Bel be okay?

Why do you want to work with the Big Cats?: I can't draw, but I can design. I am willing to design any species, but I especially like cats. I like having linearts with thin tails, because then I can put a lot more accessories on them.

Big Cats are very special to me. Ever since I was little I had an attraction to big cats. I know lots of unusual breeds and techniques and I'd love to show everyone what I can do.
