Where is the rest of the herd?

The little reindeer calf stumbled in the snow, wailing for his mother. A quick snowstorm had swept by, and in that short span his herd had moved somewhere, without his knowledge. It wasn't even a blizzard too, just a sudden flurry of snow and small bits of ice. The calf called again, conflicted between staying and waiting for help, or walking and looking for his herd.
They can't have wandered far, right?

Oh, I meant use as in use it without editing first, and edit as in you're going to edit it before using it.
It'd sort of defeat the purpose of this if you won something that you didn't even display ^^:

What was used to dye the snow? It would seem that a rare mineral was actually in the air while it was snowing, luckily, the mineral that clung to the flakes is non-toxic, and a pleasant shade of blue!

A old couple was on a aniversary celebrating their long time marriage and decided to make a snowglobe of their trip.

Flowers were crushed to a fine powder along with blueberries and mixed in with snow to create the blue you see here.

What did it catch on its first hunt? a cold! poor pup, the weather must be getting to him. ah, maybe in a few weeks.

What was used to dye the snow? Just like in Minecraft, a combination of dyes were used. First, the finest green cactus was found, of just the right type. It needs to be a vibrant green, and when one is found, the colours are extracted through a secret technique patented by beauty companies, for whatever reason. Then, a stone of the purest lapis lazuli is ground down into an extremely fine dust. Mixing the green and blue dyes with various amounts of snow extract (only found in Santa's lair, and extremely white), you get a wonderful cyan. Of course, this particular snowglobe used some cheap alternatives, but uh... don't tell Tubla they weren't the real deal...

What did it catch on its first hunt? Not to be boring, but the poor pup caught a nasty cold... its hide is still furry and not fit for swimming after fish (or what it is they hunt).
