New plants and pamphlet update

I've updated the pamphlet a little bit, just some text edits mostly, as well as some minor price adjustments here and there.

There's also two new plants! Sort of... I've introduced Duckweed and Small Grass Carpets to the store! Duckweed can be used as more than just a floating surface plant, and you can cover the entire surface of something for no extra cost! Multiple patches of duckweed also only cost as much as one patch, if they're all connected! As for the small grass carpets, they're just a smaller version of grass carpets, with a rounded base. This makes it easier to fill smaller areas with grass, if the regular grass carpets are too large or square.
