It's a lot like oekaki and it has layers, which helps to color them in.
For artists, I have to use join.me to send them the file with the lines on it.

No, you're fine.
Join.me is a kind of software, i think, and it lets the users who join to see the screen of whoever started the join.me. It's very hard to explain. And there's a feature where you can send files to one another, and I use that feature for the lines.
