The small spider-bug inched closer, and took a bite out of the berry. It seemed to be its favoret one! For, it began eating it firously, and was soon finnished with the berry, and it seemed to be looking up to you for more.

It only takes a few steps before you come face-to-face with a tree quite large. In the branches you see many many nincada, but looking at you with a steady gaze is a particular one. It seemed to be more like judging you to se if you were a worthy opponint.

The garden behind the gym leader's area... I knew I wasn't strong enough yet to take on the town's gym leader, granted I had a bit of a higher ground since fire Pokemon usually do better against bug, but that wouldn't be enough. If I wanted to make it in time to challenge the gym leader, and possibly enter the contest, I would have to train long and hard, not to mention look up some stores with healing potions. I began walking with Iggy in my arms towards the Pokemon Center to go get him healed. The sliding doors slid open and I went up to the desk asking the nurse, "Would it be alright if I got my Pokemon here healed?"

I could see the challenging glare of the insect as it raked it's gaze across me and my pokemon,
and though I was fairly new to the world of pokemon training this didn't seem to ebb at my confidence.
With a slight smirk I retrieved my Torchick's pokeball and released it, deciding to make the first move.
If it wanted a fight it'd get one. "Okay, use scratch!"

I smiled as she left, and quietly stood to the side of the desk, looking down at its marble top. I decided to let Metapod out for a breather, seeing as the poor darling had been stuffed inside of its Pokeball all day. Metapod came out with a happy chirp and I myself had to smile with happiness. I looked at my pokemon and said to it, "I think it's about time we named you, eh?" I pondered for a few minutes before something of liking came to mind, "How does Flori sound to you?" Another happy chirp and I had gotten my answer.
