Leah lingered around Ahzen, Shortly after realizing the vortex started to pulse. As the Ahz slipped out of the vortex, Leah stared in a mischievous manner. As the suitors watched the newly born Ahz, Leah disappeared into the trees, positioning herself overtop of where the Ahz headed to.

A moment, Jackie considered with an apprehensive grin, for myself to shine!
Finally, a musical Ahz had been born from the vortex. Finally, an Ahz that she could really communicate with. All her years practicing guitar and banjo in the trees could pay off! This Ahz was one that was into music. "I have to find some musical compatriots, darnit!" Jackie grumbled. "I can't stand it playin' if there's no one actually listenin'. 'Resan an' Darstrund and Jay (Ja'aklesh) 're all out n' about runnin' round makin' fools of themselves an' I gotta play my music to myself! It's a tiresome thing!"

She strode up to Bouvinir and plopped herself down in front of him. She had sent Aresann to go fetch her banjo from their current camp, which was a rather dry and cozy cave in a nearby mountain. She should be coming back soon.

"Bou, my friend," Jackie began, making a quick nickname out of Bouvinir as the name didn't quite roll off her tongue right. She rubbed her hands together in sweet apprehension, leaning forward and eager to play.
"I'ma play you up a storm, Bou. I figure if you're interested in music, that there's something I can teach you 'bout. I been playing since I was seven myself; that'll be 21 years I've picked now. Banjo n' guitar. You prolly don't know what those instruments are, but since you're displaying an interest, I'll have to be showin' you!"

At about that same moment, Aresann appeared at Jackie's side with her banjo. She had been holding it gently by the neck, and she placed the instrument with tender care so that it leaned against Jackie's knee. With a smile and a nod of thanks, Jackie picked the instrument up and Aresann settled back, climbing swiftly up a tree and lounging in a branch, ready to listen. She hid it from Jackie, but she actually enjoyed when she played, and usually concealed herself in a nearby tree when Jackie practiced to listen. Jackie gave a preemptive strum. The banjo was tuned to a G major key. The twang echoed through the cave. And so she began.

"Hope you enjoyed the banjo," Jackie murmured, a contented smile on her face. She carefully stood up and dusted off her jeans before tipping her hat to Bouvinir. She grinned, drunk on the music she'd been weaving through the air.
"If you want to mess around together, come join me n' 'Resan at the back of the cave. It'd be a fine thing to have a music enthusiast travelin' with me. I hope you'll be inclined to have a jam session sometime soon, whether or not you decide to make me a permanent companion!"

Jackie strolled off down one of the many pathways worn into the cave floor. Her boot heels clicked with each footstep, and a faint scent of pine trailed after her. Aresann followed her, picking her way carefully through the trees. The banjo bumped gently against Jackie's back with each step.

Zeth: A very unrealistically optimistic 15-year-old boy.

Zeth looked at Bouvinir with eager eyes. The beating of the drums…the rhythm… This was the mark of a true genius!
He placed his bucket on his head, shifted his makeshift guitar strapped on his back, and marched up to Bouvinir. He bowed comically and grinned.
“Bouvinir! I see you are quite the musical genius! I bet you can make music out of this!” he exclaimed, pointing at his bucket. Zeth took it off his head and took out a stick from his back pocket. He twirled the stick in his hands and hit it on the bucket’s bottom. It make a sharp whap as it hit the bucket. Zeth grinned from ear to ear as he listened.
“Ah, don’t you love the sound of that?” he sighed, dreamily. “But anyway, the name’s Zeth. I’m a traveling musician, just improvising along the way. Like a bucket will be my drums, and some trash can tops will be my cymbals. And maybe a bowl, strings, and some wood can be a makeshift guitar. Like right here,” Zeth said, as he motioned to his guitar. “I play on the streets…maybe stages when I’m really lucky. But you,” he exclaimed, pointing at Bouvinir, “you can shine! Maybe we can perform music for the people. With your genius, we can easily soar to the top! I can provide you anything you need, even if at first it won’t be of excellent quality. I won’t stifle your imagination. I’ll be there for you, encourage you, and I’ll help you when you need it.”
Zeth jumped around with excitement. “You, me, we can form a band. You can be a star! And I’ll help you along the way…if you want the help, that is. But still, I’ll provide you some awesome instruments in the future. Maybe a grand piano may interest you? Or maybe strings. Or maybe winds, brass, percussion! Like those drums you got there. Those are pretty nice.”
He giggled with excitement. “So yeah, if you feel like joining me, I guess you can. Maybe one day, I’ll get you a really awesome instrument. I don’t know what it might be, but I know it’s gonna be HUGE! EPIC!” He did some cartwheels around Bouvinir and hopped around.
“Good luck, Bouvinir, wherever you may go!” Zeth called out as he started walking away. Maybe he wasn’t the best fit. But…at least he tried. He grinned wildly as he sat under a tree and strummed his improvised guitar.

Woo: "Aww yeah! Did I hear of an Azhen that needed some music in their life?! Really. I thought you guys were they type to hiss at me and lie on rocks in the sunlight. I had no idea some of you were interesting. Anyway, wazzup? Your name is Bouvinir? Anyway, take a couple'a pebbles and throw them at that lake, they make quite a musical noise. Oh, and sometimes, when I howl, it sounds... I guess you could say musical. Anyway, the name's Neo, and I hope you don't mind pranks. You seem like a great partner in crime and music, my man. What's with those bongo drums? They look awesome!" he hit a few of them expirimentally, creating a small, rather strange, melody. It was nothing special, but tinged with a hint of glee. It was... interesting, to say the least. "Anyway, you come 'round here often? I hope you consider my offer of friendship, man. You mind if I show a little bit of a beat before I go?" And with that, he began using rocks, bongo drums, and plenty of natural instruments to create a melody. "Whoa! You do look like a person who can make music like I just did, likely better, so yeah, maybe we can talk sometime!" And with that, he yipped and whistled a song, unusually made full of songs near that Azhenai, who hadn;t even spoken a word. Running off in the sunset, he wondered briefly if he should make music more often.
