You don't have to post your form and remind the artists on every single page. Dream Jars is closed to new orders for a reason - for the sole purpose to finish up all the older orders. Your order will get done at some point, posting once per 2 pages is fully sufficient. By the way, the link in your reference isn't working, you copied and pasted it from how is was displayed on the topic, I assume? xD There's only half of the image URL in there!

My dream: I dream I was...A UNICORTURTLEPLATYPUSOCTCATCUSDUCKWOLF!!!
thing on top of jar: some form of creature with a unicorn horn, duck bill and platypus feet, catctus prickles all over body, wolf's head and turtle legs.
liquid in jar: water, rainbows, green stuff, sparkles and 2-4 tiny pink smiley faces dotted about in the mix.
