Brax

Seth twisted his great body lithely through the shadows to land silently on the cave, a figure slowly slipped from his back, a young girl with feirce eyes to match the mighty stars,
"What are we doing back here" He hissed with contempt, looking around the place he had left behind with narrowed eyes,
"Because as you heard the news of the new stars just as clearly as I have" She retorted smoothly with a trace of a smile playing on her lips as she looked around with a kinder gaze than her companion.

She looked up as a much smaller dragon flapped his wings akwardly as if he wasn't quite used to using them, he seemed young, just going into the adolesent stage, a moment later another young grey dragon swooped in behind him, capturing all eyes over his brother, stealing the spotlight smoothly as everyone oohed and ahhed, leaving the little blue dragon to falter before finally landing with a thump.

As the seccond grey dragon spoke confidently to the listeners winning them over with a slight smile it was then his brothers turn to step up, the blue dragon seemed small in his brothers shadow as he streatched his wings out nervously,
"M.. My n.. name is B... Brax" He suttered quietly,
"Speak up!" One man yelled rudley causing the little dragon to start before going on, his voice was a little louder but there was the unmistakable fear that made his voice waver,
"My name is Brax... I... uh...." He trailed off when he looked at the hostile man who had spoken before and his nerve failed him, with a squeak he turned and ran behind the rocks, his head low, his little body trembling, people laughed but no one approached him.

"Rude" Nix muttered indicating the man she took a step forward, attempting to pinpoint the location of Brax,
"I know what your'e doing, I told you when we first met, I do not want a weakling, they will hold us back" He said in a matter of fact tone, his eyes gleamed as he looked at the confident dragon Genov with interest.
"But remember what I told you Seth, what if that had been you?" She replied mildly, receiving no reply but a huff as Seth grumbled at this, giving his side an affectionate pat which she knew he had mixed feelings about she smiled,
"I'll take care of him, I'll make sure he dosn't slow us down" She assured him, leaving him to maul this over as she made her way to where Brax dissapeard, finding his little blue body immediatly among the rocks, still shaking violently.

"Brax? My name is Nix, I travel with Seth. There is no need to be nervous, that man who yelled at you was very rude and should be ashamed of himself. You shouldn't be out alone, if you come with me I'll watch over you" She told him, showing her kinder side as she placed her hand on his shoulders between his wings, behind the rock she heard Seth snort and mutter something about being soft but she rolled her eyes,
"Just ignore him, he really isn't as grumpy as he looks" She said dryly, aiming the jib at the star behind the rock...
