If we give a rare for a custom does it count as one pet or two?

well my requirment is two but if i think the design was complicated to be worth just one i would ask for two no matter the rarity though i usally dont care as long as their a wishlist pets no designs to far have been to hard ive just taken awhile because like alot of people i have school as well.
