NOTICE: As of 30th of May, 2016, Qandas became an open species.
THIS MEANS:
- You can make your own Qanda for free -
- You are allowed to make profit off qanda adoptables and customs only-
- You must credit me for the species Qandas -

I don't have the time to continue Qandas as much as I want to, so instead of closing Qandas or putting it on hiatus I'm declaring it an open species where everyone can make or have their own, as long as they follow the rules above.

To make a qanda, you can either draw one yourself or make one using this base if you have a drawing program.
