To the question: No, the adopter of the breedingpartner for your Tùragat will get a pm from me where I'll tell him that his Tùragat will breed with yours (; As long as he allowed breeding.
And you can get one of the pups, IF your last adoption was one week ago. this rule still counts then. ^^
