Cherep nuzzled her newborns, eyes shining
as moonlight draped her beautiful ginger coat. The sire,Kruso, looked on proudly
at his newfound kin.
His pelt brushed his mates side and he nickered to her, snorting softly
as their scraggly foals tried to stand up. Cherep nuzzled her filly
while Kruso whinnied to the colt, urging him to join him by the other
side of the field.

Scamps and Spocky watched in amazement from the end of the pasture, eyes wide
with joy.
