the colors I would like for clouds would be light colors like light pink, light orange, light yellow, light green, and

I would like the tail, legs, belly, and head to be a blue that is lighter then the shell.

1. Don't quote your form, its on the SAME PAGE. As an artist that frequents this thread, I can say its been seen. You quoting it already is spam.
2. You aren't in the bank listed as "unlimited". If you did get this and Ruby just hasn't responded yet, you could PM them I guess.
3. *points to thread title* does that say " open"? Excuse me if I sounded rude, but it clearly says semi-hiatus. Ruby has politely said that they are taking somewhat of a step back for a bit, and that implies that you should respect that.

(Ruby, I know I'm not a mod, but its a dang shame that people can't be polite at times)
