Why do you want this character? : Oh my gosh. Have you seen the detail that has gone into it? It's just, ugh, beautiful.*-* I fell in love at first sight, and wow, I can't get over how great the lines/colouring/whole thing is. This character is utterly beautiful, and I don't have many horse characters, so this would be just perfect.
Where will you use it, and what will you use it for?: It will not be taken off cs, apart from being shown on my charrie website (which is a WIP)

Personality: Ember is a bubbly, excitable character who is always ready for a laugh. She's smart, witty and always sees the best in people, even at their worst points. She loves life, and will live it to the full. She never holds back and is definitely confident, with her own uniqueness that brings joy and light to every room she enters. She is loveable and easy to get along with, and takes to anyone within seconds. She hates being left out or left behind, and may secretly try and join you if you do. She's very mischievous, and often gets into trouble, but she just laughs it off.
History: Ember was brought up by her father. He cared for her deeply, even more so after her mother died. She often wonders if life would have been different if her mother had survived, however she tries not to let it bring her down and often thinks to herself 'she's still here, even if I can't see her.'

Hi there, I am SabjeBammie. I love characters, and I love horses. They are tied with cats as my most favorite animal. I collect characters and I may consider myself as a character hoarder. But I only want characters I really love, else I'm afraid I would let them collect dust. And we don't want that with nice characters!

Why do you want this character?

From the moment she was donated I loved her. I knew right away I would apply for her. I have a few horse characters, but only males. Recently I designed a female one, but it's not the same if you design them yourself. Designs from others are just more surprising. I really need a few more horse characters, and Melody would be a great addition to my horse characters and I'm sure my other horses will love her!

Where will you use it, and what will you use it for?

I want to use her on my Weebly, where I keep all my characters. And if I win, she'll be added to my succes stories. I am planning on writing stories about my characters, with a special section for the horse stories.
I want to order more art of her, though I will give her a few changes. I added white lower legs, and changed the hoof color.
She's really a pretty girl, who will get lots of love.
I want to make her the mare of Jester. I am planning to give them 1 or 2 foals. She will have a great life, and I'll write stories about her.

This lady is known as Melody. I was thinking about changing it, but why should I? It's a lovely name, it suits her pretty well. She seems elegant, kind, gently... This name is made for her. I will never rename her.
This name was given to her by her previous owner, and will stay her name forever.

Melody is trained for dressage and jumping. She loves both, though she loves dressage more. It makes her look even more elegant than she already is. She likes jumping when she has lots of energy.

Melody is a calm, patient lady. She hates standing in a stable; she finds it boring and small. She loves being around others, she doesn't really like being alone.
When you brush her she almost falls asleep. Even if you do it for hours, it never bores her out. She loves it when you braid her manes and tail, though she wants it out of her hair again the next day.
Melody loves pulling pranks. Pranks like giving you a small push, or walk away if you want to get her.
She loves running around, feeling the wind play with her manes and tail. She loves to feel free.
Sometimes she can be stubborn, but most of the times she is very kind and obidient. She rarely refuses to do anything. She enjoys her work.

Melody was born as only child. She lived in the forest with her mother. Her father got taken away by humans when she was young, she can't remember him. Her mother loved her a lot, and she had a special connection with her.
As a child she stayed close to her mother. Her mother protected her and learned her how to stay safe and how to survive. She loved playing and running, but she had no friends. She was alone, with no other children around.
She traveled around the forest with her mother, untill she reached the other side of the forest when she was a teen. In the distance, she could see-

But Melody, I am trying to take you home with me.

Have you ever been in love? Well, I am now. It's a warm feeling in your heart, spreading all through your bydy. I feel it in my chest, in my legs, in my cheeks. I can even feel it in the tips of my ears. It's the strongest feeling I've ever felt.
When my mother and I left the forest, I saw him. Call him Mister Right, call him Prince Charming, call him my biggest love... But he was amazing! When I saw him standing there, in the open field, his head held up high... I knew. I knew he was the one and only for me. He was my gift from heaven, my ticket to that pink cloud in the sky, the pass to my Utopia.
His name is Wellington.
I went over to him. I was nervous! I've never blushed that much in my entire life... I tried to say 'hi', but all I could say was 'hhhhhhhh'. I felt so stupid!
But he just smiled at me. "Hi, pretty lady," he said at me. "What's your name?" I blushed even more, shaking my head. I couldn't speak, I was way too nervous! He smiled again. It was an understanding and warm smile. It didn't make me feel stupid at all!
"I'll call you Soleil," he said. "It means sunlight in Spanish. Just untill you can tell me your name."
I nodded at him, smiling again. I came closer, my head on his neck. He let me calm down, telling me the most interesting stories I've ever heard. "Is it boring?" he asked. I smiled.
"No," i managed to say. "Go on."
And he did. He talked for hours. It made me relax.
At nightfall he looked down. "I need to go home," he said. "My brother Jester is waiting for me." We said goodbye and he walked away. I was so sad...
"Go with him," my mother said. "He's a great guy. You won't find anyone like him again. Go, my sweet child. If it won't work I'll be right here. If it does work I want you to know I'll love you forever, and you deserve to be happy."
I went after Wellington. "Wait!" I called out.
He stopped, looking at me.
I blushed, standing next to him. "It's Melody," I said. "My name, it's Melody."

I wanted to add more art, but can't. I have a little artblock. My grandfather passed away, so it's hard to foruc on the form. I added some extras to the form and let Melody tell her history. Those are my extras

Why do you want this character?

I REALLY need to work on my digital art skills, and this character has a simple enough design that I can practice lines without too much of a problem. Also, I love big ears (she reminds me of a bat) and the multicolored tail. She's utterly gorgeous and I intend to make full use of that.
I like how there's some wiggle room around what species she is. I think I will make her a fox (so all those kitsune tails are part of the same one).
I will use her for art practice, in stories (maybe), as art and animation examples, and possibly when my little cousin(s) want me to tell them a story but I have not idea who to use as the protagonist.

Hmm... I did some thinking about this since I wrote the "Why do you want this character?" section and I have decided on bat/fox (actually, technically she's just fox, but she got bat ears grafted onto her head were her original ears were).

History:

She was born to a French family. Her mother, Stella, was a white fox with pale, ice blue eyes and creamy spiral markings, with a love of old romance novels, fashion, tea, and chocolate. Her father, Hans, was a slim, medium-grey fox with pale blue speckles and green eyes, who was a trickster, and always very good at sneaking up on people. Her sister, Sabrina, was a light grey fox with blue paws and teal eyes, always the popular girl. Genetics said that everyone else in their family would be pale with cool colors, too.
But not Nuit. Rebellious even through her genetics, she received a rare mutation that made her fur black. Stella didn't know what to think about her new daughter's color, so she named her Nuit. But as time passed, as with everything that's different, Nuit's family began to think of the color as a curse. So the nickname, Curse, was born.
She had a rather lonely childhood, treated as a servant because her family thought that was the best way to "make use of a curse," as they put it. Nuit spent all the spare time she had (which was not much, except at night) reading any books her mother had left around the house, like Jane Eyre, giving her a love of books like that. Even so, she still didn't think her life and the way she was treated was fair. So when she tuned 13 (in fox years), she ran away.
Her first stunt was kind of accidental. It was also at night. During the process of trying to find somewhere to stay, she saw a few Dalmatian anthros in dark blue suits, and in the dark, mistook them for the police. She panicked and climbed the nearest building to try to get away. The Dalmatians were not actually the police, just people dressed in blue, but they watched in amazement anyway as she sprinted across the roof to jump from that building to the next one (leaping a gap several feet in length), and the next, and the next, until the row of houses had ended. She leapt down and saw that she was trapped. The Dalmatians were awestruck and suggested that she should do more stunts like that. So she traveled Europe, performing, jumping off buildings, getting banned from one or two countries, and picking up weird habits from theatre geeks. Eventually, she found her way back to France, and bought a house. She lives a... kind of normal life now. Well, as normal as you can get with her.

She's a bit bitter, slightly melancholy, and very melodramatic. This is partly from being used as a servant for most of her childhood, which made her unhappy. Sometimes, her thoughts sound along the lines of "Oh, I could be so much better at *insert-random-task-here* if I hadn't been a slave for my whole childhood" and "People are terrible, all they do is take advantage of those who are different from them." They vary depending on how cynical she's feeling, whether or not she got into the play she last auditioned for, and what book she last read. When she wasn't waiting on her family, she was reading melodramatic romance books with melodramatic heroines, so the melodramatic quality has become ingrained into her personality.
Following the melodramatic theme, she loves to act on stage and she's one of those "sad performer" type people, meaning that she likes to think of herself that way because it's more romantic. She gets into a good, sad, mood before going on stage, puts on a happy mask, and thoroughly enjoys the whole thing, by some of her backwards logic.
She likes kittens and graffiti, and in anthro form, she rides a bike that she's colored all over with spray paint. Her house is the most colorful house in her neighborhood, and probably in the whole of the town where she lives, because she doesn't want to be normal and paint her house one color. It, too, is painted with spray paints. She's incredibly honest when it comes to other people, but you'll only know the truth about her if you observe. She doesn't like to be viewed as weak, and she often does crazy stunts in which she only narrowly escapes death. She likes to be different and rebellious just because she can. She's moody and she gets irritated easily. She's not good around lots of other people- except when she's on stage, for some reason. She doesn't have a lot of friends.

It looks sturdy enough." etc, etc. Needless to say, it's gotten her into trouble lots of times. Although, once she's broken the rule, she likes it a whole lot better, because it makes the rule endearing.

Personality: Subway is a lazy little fellow who loves to eat and sleep doing not much else although he does go for the occasional walk most of the time he just gets carried around because he's to slow to keep up!
History: Subway was born in a pet shop and was the runt of the litter and no one wanted him because he was so small and different to his siblings but later on in his life he was adopted and now leads a lazy and sleep filled life.
Likes, dislikes: he loves salads and sleeping and enjoys lying down in the house just watching films and eating lettuce with his family although he hates horror movies on TV and highly dislikes eating meat! He is slightly afraid of the dark and sometimes is very scared outside incase something tries to catch him!
