Just save the picture of the dog you want, then go to your avatar, click 'edit avatar', then you see your currant picture? Under it is 'pick from our gallary'. Ignore that. Go down one more that says 'upload from your machine', to the right is the browse button. Select it, then click your picture. Once your picture is chosen, scroll down and hit submit.
