Also, I made a single that I will putting up for a Dragon Crystal auction (So stock up on Dragon Crystals before anyone else trades in Darky's WL pets! Very Rares on her WL give you 10,000 Crystals. :O). He is a special type with an "unknown" rarity.
I will give you a hint: His type has to do with something that is visible but has no physical "body" to it, but can still cause a physical reaction.

Edit (10:02 PM Halloween): After a night of trick or treating I managed to find an hour to make this little guy. My stupid downloads aren't working so I had to do the whole thing pixel by pixel. Let me check to make sure Darky accepted it before I give up the code. Be right back.

Edit (10:13 PM Halloween): Turns out everything was in the right place and you now have yourself a custom Chibica Dragon! If you don't like it, let me know and I will make a new one. I used a bit of artists choice on it by shading the wing and making the "fins" rainbow instead of stripes because making stripes is impossible to do.
