I Want a Custom Deer!

Traits: angel wings, long fluffy tail, halos, planets
Reference/Description: A very long fluffy tail, like half the deers length and touches the floor? With Halos around horns/head, tail, and one front leg with another on the opposite back leg, maybe they could be kinda sparkly like this? and maybe a weird cute alien creature in their stomach? (With the gears still there), and floating planets around him. I'd like his design to be more blue/purple with pastel yellow accents, only specific markings is I'd him to have star/yellow freckles please ^-^ other than that the colors and patterns are up to artistic freedom, and any other edits you think would look nice, just add the cost onto ^-^
