reason why you want to adopt it: I have been "stalking" the Daeet threads since it was first owned by Theo, and I do believe it is about time I try my hand at winning one. I love unique species as much as the next potential adopter, thus my reasons for wanting to adopt are just about as vague as they can get. However, since I have been lurking on this thread for so long, I have a tendency to be rather picky about which times I have wanted to adopt. A couple times in the past I started on forms in an attempt to win a Daeet, but lost muse halfway through and never got around to finishing them on time. So now, engulfed in a moment of inspiration and an adorable litter, I think it is high time I put this muse to good use and create a form.

desired name: Junko - the name takes after one of my favorite characters from an anime / video game series. The name originates from Japan, and translates to "pure / obedient child" in the English language.
personality: This Daeet has a personality that would fit better in a failing romance novel where the main character falls head-over-heels for just about anything that poses to be male. Junko is, if anything, a very "eye candy" oriented female. She believes her own appearance must soar above all others, skyrocketing into the high heavens of beauty whilst surpassing even the most gorgeous creations the all-maker has to offer. She likes to feel pretty, beautiful, gorgeous and lustrous, all while maintaining a not-so-necessary emotional glamour to divert the more discerning eyes. She is very playful by means of a bubbly persona, and prefers to skim a situation over before jumping blindly into its cause.
With that said, it is also likely for Junko to slip her way into business that doesn't necessarily need her opinion, as well. After analyzing the situation, if it proves to pique her interest, she is more than likely to drag herself into the picture. This means anything from conflicts to who-will-eat-what-and-when situations. She also likes to feel a sense of importance within herself [ i.e. be the leader in a group ], and will not hesitate to remove seats of power if she has the chance to.
Undoubtedly, Junko is an extrovert. She thoroughly enjoys talking, and can often go several minutes without breaking a sentence. She is very proud of the ego that she has molded to fit specifically what others want to see, and may flaunt this fact by leading conversations within groups so that the topics will recenter around her. But, she could not possibly act this way twenty-four-seven, could she? No, of course not. After a long days work, Junko may find time to relax by herself and recollect her scattered thoughts. Just as any other, she simply adores the time she is permitted to spend alone with herself and herself only.
history: Not too long ago this Daeet found her match in both height and girth. Little had she known that this creature in particular had caught her in a trap that would soon blossom into friendship.
"Who are you?" The tone was harsh and rather..masculine. Junko was baffled that the wolfish beast had never seen, or even heard of her existence - especially if they were male!
Who are you?" she retorted with a feminine grunt. This earned a scowl of vexation from the beast, its only eye not covered by a patch narrowing in the slightest. She did not get an answer for over a minute, her patience running direly low before the creature opened their mouth once again.
"January - that is my name. Your turn." The tone was very blunt, fitting for such a blatant display of "beauty". As the Daeet soaked in the sentence, she noticed that their name was not as masculine as their voice. Could it be possible that this beast was, in fact, a female? She inwardly cringed, pondering over what ways she could sneak a gender identity out of them without appearing to pry.
"I am Junko, the one and only." she stated proudly, her muzzle dipping to the left with satisfaction. The creature before her, however, had yet to acknowledge her status and simply watched her with a wary eye. Their stare was rather intimidating, and while Junko had no desire to cave under their gaze, she found herself sputtering out another sentence to busy her rising tension. "So, why are you here..exactly?" Yet again, the opposition took their sweet time thinking of an answer. The tension between her and the inch-taller beast was starting to rise past a comfortable point - or so Junko thought.
"The question is not why, but for whom. I am looking for a partner to aid me on my travels. Having a companion about my size would prove to have its advantages, no?" The question hung in the air for a decent amount of empty seconds, January's eye still fixated on the Daeet. They had no trouble making someone on edge, did they?
"I suppose it would." Junko replied, returning her straightforward posture. She held the gaze of the other for what felt like hours, the air still and deathly quiet.
"So would you like to join me, Junko?" January threw the question out calmly, their rump lowering into a sit as if to get more comfortable around her. She blinked, her eyes narrowing with caution. Who was this beast to ask such a question under these circumstances? They have not even talked for an hour and already they were throwing out possible partnerships! And on top of that, she did not even know their gender. Well, it was now or never, Junko would need to know the identity of this creature before they commenced further into discussion. She inhaled sharply, drawing that careful breath before opening her mouth and -

"I am female."

"W-wait, what?" Junko blinked, occupying her attention by staring intently at her toes. "How did you know I was going to ask..that.." A long stream of chuckles tumbled from the maw of the newly announced female. She appeared to be amused by the fact that she was able to beat Jun to the question. How dare she.
"That is typical behavior. You are definitely not the first to ask me that question, and I do not expect you to be the last. But, now you know." She took a moment to pause, a thoughtful smile tugging at the corners of her wolfish lips. "With that said, are there any other questions you would like to ask?" When the floor was left open, Junko wasted no time throwing in her two cents.
"I would like to know why you took and interest in me, if it not for my beauty." she asked, flicking her ears.
"I did not pick you for beauty, I picked you for personality - or the intangible part that you cannot see outside of an individual. Following? Good. You are smarter than you come off to be, whether the reason is you have an ego to stroke or a glamour towards the populace, I can see through you." She paused, curling her tail around her legs before continuing. "You would be a beneficial asset to a traveling group such as mine. You talk fluently, and can most likely dominate in an argument - even if you are incorrect. You can lead with confidence, even if you cause is blind. I like your personality and all it entails." January silenced herself now, that lone silver eye resting subtly on the shoulders of the Daeet. "So will you join me on my travels, or not?" she queried, ending on a slightly more serious note. This time, it was Junko who took a long while to decide on her answer. Once set in her ways, she opened her maw.
"Obviously you have no sense of beauty, my dear. You will need an adviser, will you not?" Junko flashed a toothy grin that still managed to be gorgeous, despite the cheekiness of her gesture. With her sentence noted, the wolfish female dipped her head in approval and welcomed the new edition to her dysfunctional little family.
"We'll set out on the morrow," January murmured with a grin of her own, closing their conversation until time would prove spoken words necessary once again. And with that, a diminutive bond was formed amongst an unlikely duo.

where will it be used? I'd assume everywhere [ tumblr, dA, cs, etc. ], in either art, roleplays, or stories. So I am not repeating myself, a more in-depth explanation is provided below.
how will you use it? A very simple answer, for me, would be in art. I draw virtually every day and having another character at my disposal for when I need a break from canine anatomy would be a great help, as I do not have many. On a side note, if there were to be any active Daeet roleplays, or someone who would like to do a one on one roleplay, I would not object to partaking in either of those options. I also like to write, so slipping her into stories is not totally out of the question.
