This song is absolutely beautiful. I think it compliments Luna in every way. The soft melody and lyrics make the song a pleasure to listen to. It gives a deeper meaning if you know the lyrics. This song was the inspiration for the story and art I made for her. She is the moon that deserves to be known that she is beautiful and wishes to emerge from the darkness. Waiting for light to shine.

Story
A brown and white creature yawned in a dimly lit cave. Her eyes blinked open to reveal beautiful blue eyes. Luna is her name. Luna Silversky. She looked outside and saw snow covering the brown earth. She adored the winter season. Pure white adorning the once dirt colored earth. Pure... She stood up and exited the cave. The sun was going down and it was close to night. Her heart leaped. Night had always calmed her from the stresses of survival in the mountains. The Kitsuneko's claws scratched against the hard stone surface. She made her way up to the top of the cliff she resided on. Tonight was a full moon and she wouldn't miss this for anything in the world. Stars began glittering the navy sky. Luna's eyes sparkled. Her mother was up there, watching over her. Protecting her. The one thing that stood out from the stars was the moon. She always sympathized for it. Alone in the dark sky. "Darkness is everywhere. Don't you feel lonely?"
Of course the moon didn't answer.
Luna gazed in awe of the moon. "Such grace for something made of stone."
Sighing she continued to converse with the moon. It's something she likes to do.
"You're lucky Moon. You're so beautiful. If only you could see for yourself how elegant you are. Even if you are imperfect..."
Luna trailed off.
"Always prettier than anything."
The multiple colored Kitsuneko lay in the moon's light. She felt comforted. "You light the sky so brightly. Piercing away the darkness that frightens."
She took one last glance at the moon and drifted back into sleep.

Another month had past since Luna spoke with the moon. She promised that she would find something to show the moon how beautiful it truly was. She traveled and searched for something that could reflect the moon's beauty.
Finally, Luna found a large lake which was undisturbed and seemed to capture the beauty of the sky.
"Hopefully Moon will appear tonight."
The sun set and the moon took its place. Full and round. It was the only star in the sky tonight.
"Look Moon, your beauty is reflected onto this surface. Don't you realize you are a beautiful sight."
Luna looked into the water's surface. Small ripples danced on the surface of the water. Disturbed by something.
"Even prettier than me," She said in a hushed tone. "I wish to be the moon." Tears streamed from her eyes.
"I wish to be the moon."
"Now, now dear. Being the moon is not something many wish to be."
A voice echoed through her ears. It was too familiar.
"I am lonely every night. But I have you to thank. The stars don't talk to me nor do they listen. You, Luna, are a symbol of light. Something that shines brighter than I."
Luna gave a weak smile. She tried to stop her crying.
"Okay." She whispered faintly
"I think you are more beautiful than myself. All I do is watch over you to give you comfort."
The voice quieted down leaving Luna to her thoughts.
She gave a deep breath and looked at her reflection.
"We are both beautiful."
She stood up and smiled at the moon. Leaving the area and finding her cave that she resided in days and days ago.
The beautiful Luna looked to the starless sky.
"You'll see your beauty every moment that you rise,"
