Rekhyt is absolutely stunning to begin with, and I think he is going to be amazing to write a story for. I have a few ideas in mind for his life, and his past. I also feel that he would make a great base for his very own set of stories based around his pack and there unusual rank system.

- Loyal
- Brave
- Friendly
- Kind
- Smart
- Willing
- Dominant
- Regal
Detailed Personality:
Rekhyt is one of the most loyal, trustworthy pack members you could find. He is reliable, kind and friendly. He is always there is someone is down and is always ready to help them find there feet if they are lost. He is very intelligent, and like many of his breed he is very good at doing tasks others may struggle with. It may seem odd but he likes to herd his pack back together if they wander and get lost and because he is technically a herding breed of dog he is very good at tracking down his lost pack.
As well as being a willing, happy, hard-working pack members Rekhyt is rather regal and well mannered. He always carries himself well and makes sure his fur is clean. He knows that living in the wild means his fur can't be spotless but he does his best to make sure he is presentable. He always make sure the fur around his six point star on his left shoulder is kept very clean, he hopes that one day in the future he will gain and seventh point or even an eighth point which would make him a leader but he worries that he is not ambitious enough.

History:
Rekhyt barreled through the tree's and let out a yelp of pain as he stumbled over a tree root. The sound of galloping hooves echoed behind him as he managed to put on another burst of speed. He darted through a sudden clearing and used the lack of tree's to glance back. The human on there horses were gaining on him. He knew he had to lose them, he couldn't lead the back to the pack. He let out a low whine and and sped up again. As he ran he remember, remembered the fun in his puphood, the fun before all this running and fleeing, and fighting. He smiled despite the situation. Then he remembered, he remembered it all.
(Changing to first person now)
A low whine echoed through the den and I untucked my head from my mothers side blinking the sleep away. Across the den another of the pack seemed to be in pain and I buried my head on my paws trying to block the sound. I felt someone move beside me and the familiar, warm, sugary scent of my father. He moved slightly to rest his head on my mothers den creating a den of fur around me to block out the sound. I smiled gratefully and tucked my head back in dozing back off.
It wasn't until later that I learned that the sound I heard was the sound of birthing. Later that day when I awoke there were three new pups dozing in the den. They were brilliant pups and were only a month younger than me. One of them grew up to be my best friend. Bandit was a handsome guy even as a pup. Unlike the rest of us he refused his markings when he became a month old and caused me so many issues in later life. But he never stopped being my best friend.
As the memories washed over me I felt energized and managed to keep ahead of the horses who were almost at my tail. I dodged around a tree as one of the humans threw a rope aiming for me. In my mind I was constantly thinking of my friend, I knew he wouldn't stay in the pack if I didn't make it back. I knew the pack needed him, and so they needed me. This was all the motivation I needed to turn around and snarl loudly. The horses reared and turned away frightened by the sudden reaction and while the humans were trying to get control back I was off again heading for the river that marked the border. I saw the glistening water even through the tree's that were ahead of me and propelled myself towards it. The water hit like the sting of a thousand bee's, cold waves washed over me along with another memory.
The cool pool washed the dirt from my fur making it spread out into the water. I glanced at my shoulder and smiled seeing the newly inked marking was still set deep. I grinned and looked at Bandit who was led on the shore watching me. He let out a soft bark as I slid out of the water flopping onto the bank next to him. He watched me for a moment before turning away eyes soft and worried.
"Kite, did I make the right choice?" he asked in his normally cheeky voice. I looked at him, my gaze unwillingly drifted to his bare left shoulder.
"No" I said bluntly looking at the ground, I glanced up and saw the hurt in his eyes.
"It's not...it's not how it sounds...It's just many of the pack won't see you as a member. You will be shunned Bandit" I added softly and he shrugged.
"Shunned for my beliefs? Not seen as a pack member because I refuse to be marked as what I am considered" he said harshly his voice snapping slightly. I flinched at his words and he softened instantly.
"I'm sorry Kite, I just don't think a marking drawn by the elders should define who we have to be" he said bending down a licking my triangle mark. I sighed softly and he looked scared, like he was worried I didn't forgive him. I grinned darkly and stood up suddenly shaking myself. I knew the water would fly of my wet fur and laughed out loud when he groaned as he got drenched.
"Whups" I said with a smirk and he tackled me.
"Whups" he said back laughing.
I laughed out loud at that and burst out of the river on the other side. The horses shied at the water not wanting to enter, unlike pack members they didn't know the easiest places to cross and would just see a raging bed of water. I shook myself and smiled bounding away towards home. Even before I could see them I could smell the wildflowers from home, could feel the cliffside air, could taste the soft prey that I knew would be waiting. I wasn't sure how long I was running, my paws ached and I needed food. But all I could see was home and Bandit. I let out a loud bark reaching the peak of the hill. A bark that clearly said "I'm home".
I understand that by adopting this creature I take full responsibility for it.
