If the character is one that was made for you in some way (puppies of your characters, design contests, etc), then I think you'd be able to donate it. If it originally came from some other adoption agency, then it would be polite to ask the original donator if it was alright first, but apart from that, I think it would be fine. ^^

You can't adopt until it's on the first page. It might not even be accepted, but if it is, then it will be on the first page and people can fill out a form.

Your form was still great - I actually really liked all of the forms that were submitted for that one, so it was hard to choose just one to win. The cattledog got some of the longest forms yet, but they were all well worth the read. ^^
