Aloha!! I'm a book-lover and writer who also loves math and the number 42.

Why do you want this character? I'll begin with the dragon. When I first looked through this thread, I was overwhelmed. There were so many characters with so much art and I couldn't choose just one.I looked at birds and tortoises and odd hominids. Then I saw Isosceles (a triangle with two sides of equal length, correct?). The dragon (not quite sure what species) really stood out from all the dogs and wolves. I loved how his limbs looked like twisting tree roots and how his eye glimmered with inner wisdom. He looks amazing and unique and it's hard not to admire the creativity that went in to making him.
The wolf: Though the dragon is what first caught my eye, it's pretty much impossible not to love the wolf too. He has such a lovely design with so much detail (I love the furry tail and ears) and you can see every single ridge of his fur and each perfectly rounded claw clearly. Furthermore, he looks so expressive. You can clearly see the way his body and feet-even the position of his paws-is angled to match his expression. Isosceles also seems just simply magical. From his coloring to the little curl of light mist coming off his paw, he is quite enchanting.

Where will you use it, and what will you use it for? One thing I always like to do with all my characters is write about them. it helps me practice my writing skills and become closer with the characters themselves. I normally don't post these on CS, but if anyone would like to see, they can PM me.


Name: Isosceles
Gender: male
Personality: Isosceles is the ideal of what a wolf should be. He is courageous and will run alone into combat if there is a need for it, but is never foolhardy, always thinking before he acts. Isosceles also is an expert with tactics, defeating enemies three times his size with a clever trick and never seems to tire. He is completely honorable and won't even consider fighting unfairly or breaking a promise. Isosceles is also incredibly connected to nature and sometimes you'd swear he's listening to the ice and wind as if for instructions.
At the same time though, Isosceles an be cruel and has quite a temper. Make him angry enough and he'll rip you to shreds while you plead for mercy. He can also watch acts of cruelty and never move an inch to stop it-but mostly if he judges the situation can not be averted. (He's a bit fatalistic too) For these reasons -and a tendency to look at you as if you're the biggest imbecile alive, most creatures stay away from him which suits him just fine.

History: Isosceles is a Havoceies; a species that looks quite similar to the wolf, but can shape-shift into one, different form. (see species section in extras for more info.) He was given the rare ability to turn into an ecoskater- the dragon like thing you see in the images. As a pup, he was mercilessly teased by siblings and his parents never lifted a finger to stop it. He grow up thinking he was the weakest and would never be capable of-or deserve to- do anything but stay with his pack and accept the insults. Once he reached adolescence though, he gradually became stronger -and aware of his own strength- until one day he decided take revenge and then leave the pack.

Isosceles was running. The cold wind was at his back, pushing him on and everything -from the crash of the waves to the pulse of his own, fragile heart- beat to the rhythm of his feet rising and falling on the snow. He felt invincible, he could never be stopped, he could never be slowed. Everything was behind him now. The splatter of blood on pine needles, the constant chant in his head that said all he could do was die, weak and alone on the snow, it was all miles upon miles away. Even the harsh, Arctic cold was gone. All that was left was the pounding of his footsteps on the snow, echoing strangely in his empty mind.

Isosceles left everything behind and journeyed, alone, up into the remote North. However, once there his plan to avoid everyone immediately fell apart. Though most people tended to avoid him due to his new, violent reputation, he did still see plenty of Havoceies, and he unfortunately fell in love with one of them (see extras for pic). Being his normal self, he never approached her and made sure to never come in contact with her, but they kept on meeting. (Once, they were stuck on an iceberg together while orca whales swam underneath-an awkward situation ) He still has not admitted his feelings for her.

Likes, dislikes: He likes: peace and quiet, water, snow and blizzards, icicles, watching the stars, a snowflake on his tongue, and courage and honor. He dislikes: loud noises, too bright colors, oath breakers, really hot days, hypocrites, and stupid -to him-Havoceies.

Species Isosceles belongs to a rare group of wolf-like animals called Havoceies (pronounced: hav-O-see-I-s). They live for hundreds of years up in the northern tundra and pine forests. They can shape-shift into on different form which varies depending on the havoceie in question though their first form is always some type of wolf like thing -though Havoceies are larger, have different coloring, and their eyes can seem glow when they feel a rush of emotion. They are carnivores and will eat caribou, seal, and other large animals. Havoceies live either in small packs of 2-7 or solitary.

personality sly and manipulative like most foxes, sora is

proud of how agile and and cunning she can get. one
of little words, sora usually does not show emotion. she
rather communicates her feelings and ideas by writing or
body language. she is untrusting at times due to her past,
but she will give others a fair chance. sora used to have a
playful side when she was younger, but it was long lost.
history sora's skulk was well known for their hunting and

battle skills. sora was no different. as a young pup, she
was always very playful and strong. because of their skills,
they had many allies; however, they had as many enemies
who were jealous of their strength and wealth. one day, her
skulk was threatened. suddenly, foxes started to disappear,
their bodies found dead a few days later. sora's parents and
sister were also taken away. without a leader, the whole
skulk shortly collapsed. they were forced to run away and
hide from the invaders. sora was left without any close family.
she fled far away from her home land. sora ran into another
fox named daichi, who she became very good friends with.
from him, she was told she spent that there was a prophecy
about the most powerful warrior taking back what was lost.
since then, she has been training to become the best warrior
possible to take back what was once her's and her skulk's.
likes being a fox, sora has developed likes of an average fox


‣ the outdoors || sora loves being in nature. she likes
to roll around in the grass on a nice day. on a windy day,
she likes to stare out in the distance and feel the wind on
her fur. sora feels relaxed when she is outdoors, as it is
where wild animals, such as her kind, live.

‣ clouds || if you catch sora staring in to the sky, she is
most likely admiring the beautiful clouds above her. she
has always been curious about who moved these fluffy,
white balls above her. the older vixens and pups would
tell her that the dead, evil spirits are forced to push them.
sora does not believe this story as she does not like such
beautiful things associated with evil.

‣ equality || this is very important with sora. she believes
every single thing should be equal. she does not harm
others unless they harm or threaten her first. she never
wastes nature, using only what she requires. sora also
believes that nothing is more powerful or higher in level
than anything else, especially when it comes to rank in a
skulk. she believes the leader of the strongest skulk and
weakest warrior there ever was were both equal.
dislikes however, she is quite different from other foxes


‣speaking || sora is self conscious about her voice and
only spoke if necessary when she was younger. however,
now she does not speak unless absolute dire situations
or with her best friend and companion, daichi. plus her
face was covered by a mask, making it hard to talk.

‣love || this is something sora is not a fan about. she
hates the foxes' idea of love and how the dogs (male
foxes) 'owned' the vixens (female foxes). she refuses
to be a slave, especially to a male fox. however, sora
does feel platonic love. she is very motherly towards
younger pups, and she was very loving towards her
family and friends. today she feels the same platonic
love towards her best friend.

‣humans || sora is very wary of these two legged beings.
she has seem them trap clumsy and ignorant creatures
despite being too smart and sly to be caught, sora does
not trust them because she has seen their careless
killing methods. they used loud sticks to shot down their
prey instead of using stealth. most of the time it's just
for fun. one time, sora saw a human run over an innocent
puppy with a huge machine and didn't do a single thing.

Why do you want this character? 

I love mermaids and mythical creatures. When I saw the brown haired mermaid and the red haired one I imagined them as sisters or companions. The potential with them is endless. They both have very different fashion styles, the elder being tough and intimidating while the younger prefers to be elegant and enchanting.

Where will you use it, and what will you use it for? 

I'll write stories about them. I love writing stories and I don't have any mermaid characters to write about yet. I will also draw them. I will be taking an art class in school so I can paint them for it, I will also draw them and sketch them.

I got this name because I am the biggest Percy Jackson fangirl, and I feel that if I was a demigod, would be like a daughter of Artemis, even if she's a maiden. I would be like born from a stag or in a wolf family or something. Just a thought.

Why Do You Want It?
I have a weak spot for wild cats. Bobcats, tigers, lions, savannah cats, etc. They are so majestic and beautiful. I especially am obsessed with lion pride documentaries.

They are my obsession on National Geo channel. The workings and dynamics awe me and the way the pride works like a well oiled machine, sometimes with a few loose parts.

What will you do with it:

It will become a part of my RP of my barn. I have a tolters barn and a Gypsies barn. My Gypsy barn, Eternity Stables, has a barn dog and barn cat dynamic, so she will be a part of my RPs, and obviously she will be bred for more cute little kitties.

She'll also probably be in my Fursona Farm, a database where I keep all my favorite characters. She's amazing, so she'll be a big part of it. I may also incorporate her in some of my wolf-dog/wildcat RPs

Why do you want it, and what will you do with it?
She would be the PERFECT addition to my kitty family, and she'll be an amazing breeder. One of my toms, Clawstrike, would compliment her fur and personality perfectly! I'm practically drooling thinking of their little babes!

I want her because I have a kitty at home named Desert, and she actually looks a lot like her. I think they may have been twins, except someone mustve accidentaly uploaded the other twin onto the internet. I really need a cat character that has as much potential as Savannah.

I would probably use her as a mascot, dress her up a litttle and add some tiaras and jewels! Heheh, just kidding! I'm pretttty sure your faces were just like; What is she thinking of doing to that poor cat XD

Well, I wanted to keep her name because it suits her so perfectly, and I added the Sahara because she needs a show name, and because she's a desert cat.

Personality: This should be at least 2 paragraphs, even longer is recommended. I know it's long, I failed at this too in the beginning. So, I wrote down keywords on paper.
Example:
Friendly, helpfull, polite, excited, active, strong, good stamina.
Around those words I wrote my story for the personality.
"She is a friendly lady who easily makes friends. She loves having a good laugh with others, but she knows when to be serious. No matter what time it is - even 4 am - she's always willing to help her friends if they need her. She would feel terrible if they won't come to her."
That's just 2 words, and I can even add more to it if I add more details, like examples of a situation. Maybe a list with keywords can help you out too!
Try to let us get to know the character. Think about hobbies, stengths and weakneses, likes and dislikes...
Some also write dialogues to show how the character would react in certain situations.

History: Same as the personality, it needs to be at least 2 paragraphs, but please make it even longer. It is long, I know, but there is a trick to let it look more than it really is: a dialogue or a scene.
You can write the history for the character, then add a scene of an important happening in his/her life. You can add feelings, thoughts and emotions to it. Many more details! With a simple scene it gets a lot longer!

Extras: I will admit it: this can be a big diffrence if more people apply for it. It shows creativity and effort.

Make your form pretty with extras, like headings or decorations, but don't overdo it
