Honestly... I must admit I have a serious issue with your post. I don't want to sound rude or harsh but I think I have to state two things clearly, now.

First: The only person who should judge and comment on orders is me. Nobody else! Even my staff members respect this. If there is a real problem, everyone may PM me but never comment another users order like that. Not only that it is my decision if a custom will be done, it might hurt the ordering person. Imagine you are in their position and get you fingers on a custom. You are happy and maybe a bit excited. And then someone else comments it even before I had the chance to accept it. It will be confusing and yes, maybe even hurt. Both feelings are an absolute no-go for earned or bought customs!

Second: You can not reserve any references or crystals! As long as you don't have any rights on particular design or colour everyone can use it. To speak clearly about crystals: Most crystals of the same type (e.g. garnets) look rather similar or simply identical. If a crystal could only be used once I had to delete now approx 2/3 of all existing Narakari because their crystals are the same.
Additionally the used pictures are only references to make my job easier. As no crystal has the form of a Narakari horn or eye (of hoof in some cases) and as I'm a terrible artist the horns will never look exactly like the refs.
So nobody can reserve things without having any copyrights on them. That counts for base coats crystals and names as well. There could be dozens of Narakari with the name Morpheus. But even if I don't like it I could do nothing against this.

This is important for all:
I do not tolerate reserving names or crystals, base coats and other things like that! If I ever get known someone is bothered by another user because of that, the reserving person will receive a temporary ban from the Narakari! Everyone has the right to choose names and characteristics they like!

According to my arguments above, I kindly ask you, Ruby, not to comment like this on an order again.

My most sincere and heartfelt apologies to Teeze (I am so sorry if I hurt you or upset you in any way at all *hug*) and you also Yama, I did not mean to upset anyone at all, I didn't think, and you are right, if It was reversed, I would feel the same way.

I understand what you have said Yama, and I give you my word it will never ever come up again, I love this adopt far too much to make dumb mistakes like that, and I cannot apologise enough to you both, and everyone else.
