I actually can't be any briefer. xD Take it slow, perhaps? I can explain parts of it that seem unclear, but to re-explain the whole thing... I just can't do that. ^^;

PM them, or, of it was commissioned (paid for), leave a link or the adoptable in the trade message, so that it is always available to them, even if they accidentally completely clear out their PMs. c:

I just made up the cosmic runners, and if you could post some critique on their page that would be awesome! ^^ Theyre still a major WIP but ive had the sketch and some info about them lying around for AGES and i decided id cobble it together and make a species! Id gladly comment on other peoples creations if i could get some. Thakns guys!

The rules Tess posted on each Oekaki board mostly apply to the Oekaki specifically, I think - the general art rules would be more applicable for user-made adopts, I should think: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=30437
A few of the rules on the Oekaki are shared between the boards (watermark/signature, etc.), others are general site rules (be polite, etc.). Other than that... I don't see much of a point in a rule about posting blank canvases on a non-Oekaki part of the forum, since there are no canvases there. :P
