How would you get it into your jar? First, I'm planning to put it in the greenhouse terrarium so it has more room. Then the tree should just gently squeeze right in... correct? Um, if not, I guess I'll have to trim it a bit more to get it in the opening, but it's sort of like a puzzle, turning and angling it to get it in with the least damages. Once it's in the terrarium, I'll add the soil on top of it's roots, since trying to get it under soil already in the terrarium would be a pain. A gentle watering every other day and the trimmed parts should grow back, and I'll maintain it once a week. After it's settled, I'll add a few more plants and decorations, so it feels at home, and set it near my south-facing window. ;v;


Super excited for the greenhouse terrarium to be discovered so I can use it and by more plant babies. <3 Also for the other new things that are coming! I suggested a bunch of possible things, so maybe they were good enough to be utilized. : )

I'm entering for... Robin
Why would they come to your jar? This little robin was found pecking on my window with an injured wing.
Assuming you have a soul I did what any other human being would have done. I took the bird in and nursed it back to health.
The little bird healed well and found himself the most comfortable in my jar.
When strangers would come over he liked having the layer of glass between hem and by passers. He grew very comfortable in the jar and now calls it his home.

How would you get it into your jar? Don't even go there...
It was the hardest thing fitting that tree into that tiny jar. I practically cut it apart trying to shape it so I could fit it in.
The tree was a gift from my great Aunt Gertrude who lives in Nebraska or something... anyway it was a birthday present that also announced her surprise visit in the middle of the night.

What was the teapot used for before it was turned into a terrarium? It was actually a fish tank in my grandmothers old home.
When she moved she gave the teapot to me. I didn't have the time to tend to fish so I used it, naturally, as a terrarium.

The whole point of having a terrarium was to put plants in it. I won't judge, though.
