Why do you want to join?: I love the little moon wolves <3! and this seems like a lot of fun, Because I love making custom wolves in "Litters" or "Packs".
What type of art program do you use?: Paint
Is the art program free? (I need to get myself one, mine doesn't function right): Yup it's already downloaded on your computer ;3(I think)
Examples of art: I don't do much art on CS but I am pretty good at drawing to if you don't want me to save the models to make a litter then that would be just fine. One example is my photo editing skills, I can make a fake thing look more life-like.
Any experience?: A little bit, I have made a few sprites on a programming site but I usually just make a few models (5-7) and then just give then different colors.
