As for customs. I may be open, but I am not good with edits, so I am not the best if you want edits.
Skrit I believe is busy and has a long to do list atm, so I believe they are closed unless they say otherwise.
Lirrie, I am not so sure about. I can ask her though if you would prefer her to make a custom.

Also to add on to Skritnaja's answer. You may gift candy and tickets. You may not trade tickets and get anything from giving it to another user, tickets are gifting only! You may trade Candy Canes for other things though.
