May I ask. If the applications for artist and mod have a strike through them, does that mean their closed even if they say open? I've been seeing people post apps for Artist/mod and i was wondering if the strike even meant anything, because I believe it does. If anyone could fill me in on why its there, thank you.

I believe cat opened the apps up again, but forgot to remove the strikethrough uvu I could be mistaken, however, but I believe it is okay to post a form for either position until Cat announces they're closed.
